As a film executive, Eleonora has worked as Vice President of Co-Productions and Acquisitions at Turner Pictures. She served as Senior Vice President at Pandora Films, running their U.S. office for film productions and acquisitions. She began her career with RCS Films and Television in Italy, where she eventually oversaw the company’s world­wide acquisitions and productions from Los Angeles.

 A leading international film industry consultant, Eleonora served as an acquisitions consultant for United Artists, orchestrated Golden Globe and Oscar campaigns, and currently oversees a number of film and corporate projects through her Los Angeles-based company, Melograno Films. The firm integrates film co-production and acquisitions, festival consulting, management, PR and marketing for its clients.  Among her recent clients are Screen Australia, Tribeca Enterprises, the Italian Film Commission of Los Angeles, the Russian Film Commission in the USA, and Explore a multimedia division of  the  Annenberg Foundation.

Eleonora served for seven years as the U.S. rep­resentative and program advisor for La Biennale di Venezia (the Venice Film Festival). She was also the senior programmer of world dramatic features for the Miami International Film Festival, as well as the U.S. representative for the Locarno International Film Festival and the Taormina Film Festival.

Eleonora has a Juris Doctorate in Political Science and International Law from Milan University and an EEC Graduate Degree in Economy and Law from Milan Institute of Higher Education, she is married and has two teenagers  sons.
